The terms for using our site and services

Who we are and what these terms cover

Three Leaf Contracting Inc. is a flooring contractor based in Calgary, Alberta. These terms cover your use of threeleafcontracting.com, including fitting bookings, quote requests, materials orders, the Flooring Visualizer, the client portal and our text messaging program. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our services

Through the site you can browse our services and materials catalogue, preview flooring in your own room photos with the visualizer, book a measure and fitting visit, request a quote, order materials and follow your project in the client portal. Flooring work itself is carried out under the arrangements we confirm with you directly for your project.

Quotes, estimates and bookings

Quotes and estimates are prepared from the information you provide and, where applicable, a measure visit. They describe expected scope and pricing and are confirmed with you before work proceeds. Fitting bookings are requests until we confirm the date and arrival window. If a selected time becomes unavailable, we will offer the closest alternative. You can reschedule or cancel a fitting request by contacting us or from your portal.

Orders and payment

Material prices are shown in Canadian dollars and GST applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Order totals are confirmed at checkout before you pay. If an order cannot be fulfilled as placed, we will contact you with options before proceeding.

Workmanship guarantee

Our installation work carries the two year workmanship guarantee described on the site. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Client portal accounts

A portal account is created when you book or request a quote so you can follow your project. Keep your sign-in details private and give us accurate contact information. We may suspend accounts used abusively or unlawfully. You can ask us to close your account at any time; the Privacy Policy explains what happens to your information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to access other customers' information, interfere with the site's operation, or submit content you do not have the right to share. Room photos you upload must be yours to use; the visualizer processes them only to provide the preview service.

Text messages: SMS and RCS

Three Leaf Contracting offers an optional messaging program for operational updates: appointment confirmations and reminders, quote updates, project updates, installation scheduling, service notifications, client portal notifications, payment related operational reminders where applicable, warranty or service follow-up, and customer support. We do not send marketing messages under this program; marketing texts would require your separate consent.

• Consent is optional. Opting in happens only through the separate, unchecked text message updates checkbox on our forms. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any Three Leaf Contracting service.
• Message frequency varies. Messages follow your project activity, such as an upcoming fitting or a quote that is ready.
• Standard message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier.
• Reply STOP to opt out of recurring messages at any time. Reply START to re-subscribe if you change your mind.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at flooring@threeleafcontracting.com or (403) 667-5865.
• Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Site content

The site's content, branding, product photography and software belong to Three Leaf Contracting Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Content you upload, such as room photos, remains yours; you give us the permission needed to process it for the services you request.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Visualizer previews and online measurements are planning aids, not exact renderings or final measurements. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including under Alberta consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
