We are based in Calgary and work where we live: all four quadrants of the city plus Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, Strathmore and Rocky View County. That matters for flooring more than most trades. Alberta's dry winters move wood, chinooks swing humidity, and basements here have their own rules. We choose and install materials for this climate, not a national catalogue's average.

Most of our schedule is referrals: the stairs we did for a neighbour, the basement we recarpeted before a sale, the tile repair another company would not touch. We keep it that way by doing unglamorous things well: showing up when we said, keeping the quote fixed, and finishing the last transition strip with the same care as the first board.
