How our text message updates work
Three Leaf Contracting's optional messaging program: what we send, how you opt in, and how you stop. Last updated August 27, 2026.
What we send
With your consent, Three Leaf Contracting Inc. sends SMS and RCS messages about your project: appointment confirmations and reminders, quote updates, project updates, installation scheduling, service notifications, client portal notifications and customer service replies. These are operational messages about work you have asked us about. We do not send marketing texts under this program; marketing messages would require your separate consent if we ever introduce them.
How you opt in
Opting in is voluntary. When you book a fitting, send us a message or request a quote on the site, an unchecked "Text message updates" checkbox appears with your phone number. Ticking it is your consent to receive messages at that number. Leaving it unticked changes nothing: every form submits normally without it, and consent is never a condition of purchasing or receiving flooring services.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your project activity. Standard message and data rates may apply; rates are set by your mobile carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out: STOP
Reply STOP to opt out of recurring SMS and RCS messages from Three Leaf Contracting at any time. You will receive one final message confirming the opt-out, and recurring messages to your number will stop. If you change your mind later, reply START to re-subscribe.

Your information
We keep a record of your opt-in (and any opt-out) as consent evidence, and messaging is delivered through our messaging service provider. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. The Privacy Policy explains this in full, and the messaging program terms are part of our Terms of Service.
